Avocado, Almond and Mint Green Smoothie…
I truly outdid myself with this green smoothie yesterday and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. The avocado adds an incredibly smooth, creamy texture and the protein combined with the almonds kept me full for hours.
- Half an avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- Small handful of fresh spinach leaves
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves
- Small handful of flaked almonds
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 3TBS natural organic yoghurt
- 1/2 cup organic low fat/almond/soy/rice milk
Blend until smooth and serve with fresh pomegranate seeds.
